BridalGAL stylists arrive at The Pierre, A Taj Hotel, New York, 2 E 61st St suite #TBD for HMU services.

9:30 AM

Kelly has a Supreme Shave and Haircut service at the NYC classic York Barber Shop 981 Lexington Avenue - (15min walk or 8 min Uber from the St Pierre).

11:00 AM

Jonica (photographer) arrives at St Pierre for sherpa duties with fresh local pastries! Checks in the suite with Sophia!

11:30 AM

Bridal Bouquet arrives from Fern Botanicals in the lobby of the St Pierre. Jonica to receive.

1:00 PM

Photoshoot begins. Josh (videographer) arrives in the suite

1:00 PM TO 1:30 PM

Photos and videos of Kelly and Sophia getting ready. (they will be in separate rooms of the suite as they do not want to see each other)

1:20 PM

Kelly departs alone in UberBlack to Grand Central Terminal, 89 E 42nd St.

1:25 PM TO 1:45 PM

Photos/Video of Sophia alone in the lobby of the St Pierre as the team departs for the ceremony.

Kelly meets Imam at the clock in the center of GCT.

Jonica orchestrates first look in the center of GCT at the clock where Kelly will already be upon Sophia's arrival.

Emily (guitarist) arrives at GCT clock for ceremony.

Team goes to ceremony spot (Jonica to lead). Ceremony Time!

2:40 PM TO 3:10 PM

First Dance with Guitarist playing "You're Still The One" after the ceremony. More photos of the newly married couple in GCT! Emily and Imam Imaad depart!

3:10 PM TO 3:25 PM

Sophia, Kelly, Jonica and Josh walk through the streets to Midtown Comics Grand Central 459 Lexington Ave. Take Photos at Comic Shop!

3:30 PM

Peter (vintage Taxi) Picks up group at Midtown Comics Grand Central 459 Lexington Ave.

3:30 PM TO 4:30 PM

Taxi drives group around NYC getting photos/video with the Taxi. Stops at Milk Bar 1196 Broadway to pick up and share a slice of cake! Cake is under Sophia.

4:30 PM

Taxi Drops off group 34 St-Herald Sq Train station to take F Train to Dumbo.

4:30 PM TO 5:00 PM

Take Subway to Dumbo.

5:00 PM TO 6:00 PM

Walk around Dumbo ...get street art! Share a cup of coffee! End with photos of the skyline on the waterfront at dusk!

EIF Team Departs!

Sophia and Kelly UberBlack back to the St. Pierre to change and relax before dinner.

Definitely do not want to see each other until they meet at the hustle bustle of the clock at GCT to capture first look.

Gorgeous photos together with the Skyline at dusk in Dumbo!

Make sure to wear comfortable shoes that you do not mind being in photos, so that you can walk all day and we can maximize your time!

TIPS

Dont forget the license and your rings, don't worry we will have a black pen and stamps

If you have vows, print out a copy and always a good idea to have a copy saved on your phone

Pack light, a small tote with a pair of flip flops at most, leave everything else at your hotel/airbnb

If live streaming bring AirPods and make sure to designate someone to hold the IPad, log in to Zoom account.

NOTE:

Please plan to arrive a few minutes early, if taking an Uber keep in mind that rush hour traffic in NYC can be painfully bad, always leave yourself extra travel time, arrive early and grab a hot tea or a shot of tequila and say hello to your fans.

If you are late we cannot guarantee that we can make up the time, although we always try. Please text your photographer is you are running more than 10 minutes behind.
